Marcel Dams became infected with HIV the very first time he had sexual intercourse. He failed to use a condom. After he tested positive for the virus, the shocked teenager decided to commit himself to the fight against HIV/AIDS. On World AIDS Day, he'll be the poster boy for a campaign by the German Federal Center for Health Education.
