Little iron fish helps fight anemia in Cambodia

In Cambodia iron deficiency is a serious problem. More than half of children under the age of five are anemic. A new method to reduce iron deficienciy is now gaining attention. It involves a small iron fish that can be put into cooking pots. Early tests have been encouraging. If it proves a success, the simple method to boost iron intake could be exported to countries around the world.
