Latvia lures foreign investors with five-year Schengen visas

The Latvian government has been offering residency permits for foreigners who invest over a certain amount in their country. It's an offer many Chinese investors are taking them up on. Since Latvia belongs to the EU's Schengen zone - which allows for freedom of movement in 25 countries in the EU - permission to live there is highly prized.
