Kellogg Russia-Ukraine peace plan could embolden Putin

President-elect Donald Trump has tasked retired three-star general Keith Kellogg with ending Russia's war in Ukraine. Kellogg's strategy would freeze the battle lines and cede territory to Moscow. DW spoke to defence expert Gustav Gressel.
