This year marks the 600th anniversary of European control of Ceuta, the Spanish city on the North African coast. Bordering Morocco, Ceuta's population is split fairly evenly between people of North African, Muslim origin, and those of European origin. There are increasing concerns that Ceuta is a breeding ground for jihadism. Guy Hedgecoe reports.
