Inside Europe: Turkey faces another refugee influx

Turkey is facing another refugee influx, as Syrian government forces close in on Idlib, the last rebel held enclave in the country. But this could also become an issue for Europe. Turkey's president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned he will open his country's European borders, which would allow for a fresh migrant flow to Europe. Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul.
