Inside Europe: Hungary's push to boost birthrate

A year ago, Hungary's Prime Minister Victor Orban added a large new financial incentive for having children to what was already one of the biggest efforts to boost the birthrate the world has ever seen. The idea: to reverse Hungary's steep demographic decline without resorting to immigration. Hungary is now spending almost 5% of its GDP on trying to increase the birthrate. John Laurenson reports.
