Inside Europe: Germany calls for international security zone in Syria

Turkey's incursion into northern Syria has caused huge international concern. But an initiative by the Germany Defense Minister, Anagret Kramp-Karrenbauer, aimed at helping the situation on the ground in Syria has ended up becoming a domestic debate in Germany.
