Vienna's public transport system is widely admired. Trains, trams and buses are frequent, fast and clean. But the Viennese want more. They want food and odour-free transport. And as of this month that's what they're getting as a total ban on eating in the underground comes into force. Kerry Skyring sent this Postcard from Vienna.
