This past week saw Austria celebrate one hundred years since it first became a republic. Actually there have been two Austrian Republics – the first ending in civil war and the Anschluss to Nazi Germany in 1938 - while the second attempt seems to be doing rather better. Kerry Skyring reports from the birthday celebrations in Vienna.
