Inside Europe: Another push for Scottish independence

Five years ago, a referendum in Scotland on independence was defeated. But supporters of independence have been pushing for a second referendum. Last week saw the biggest step in that direction for some time when the leader of the Scottish National Party and Scotland's first minister, Nicola Sturgeon announced her intention to push for another vote on the issue before 2021.
