Russian President Vladimir Putin was given a warm welcome in Vienna this week, in fact he was on a state visit and given full military honours. No other western capital has extended such hospitality since Russia annexed Ukraine and the EU reacted with sanctions on Moscow. Kerry Skyring reports from Vienna on the Austrian push to bring Putin in from the cold.
