Green Smoothies

Drinkable veggies Smoothies are creamy fruit drinks which, in contrast to juice, use all the fruit, including the peel and seeds. Green smoothies are based on the green leaves of vegetables, which are very rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

The nutrients are often more highly concentrated in the leafy greens than in the vegetables themselves. Recipes: 1 bunch of parsley 1 apple 1 pear 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce 1-2 cups of water or: 1 banana 1 handful of dandelion greens 1 stick of celery Half an apple 1-2 cups of water or: 1 mango 2-3 leaves of Swiss chard 1 piece of ginger1-2 cups of water.
