Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, has long been known as a city of dog eaters. But times are changing,and today this group is being challenged by a growing number of dog lovers. More and more middle class people keep dogs as pets - and they're willing to pay quite a lot for them. One man making the most of this trend is 34-year-old Ricky Forester, who's travelled from Texas to train Vietnamese dogs.
