Extreme heat inflames India's waste problem

Aside from the devastating human toll South Asia's heatwave has taken on people in India, it's also causing parts of the country to light up in flames — including waste sites. Self-combusting trash mountains are spewing out even more toxic fumes than they normally do, and threatening the health of people living nearby. And it's not just happening in the big cities. So, what can be done?
