German industrial conglomerate Siemens has confirmed it's on its way to spinning off its Gas & Power division by the fall of next year. Slimming down will help it concentrate on more future-oriented segments.
The German capital is fast becoming a major center for the development of cryptocurrency systems. The Longhash Crypto Festival held in the city brought together participants from across the world.
None of the four proposals tabled in Parliament found a majority in the latest round of non-binding votes. The UK has less than two weeks to find a plan for its departure from the EU, or it will crash out without a deal.
A further drop in the value of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies has recently left investors nursing heavy losses. Many proponents are holding out for a new breakout, if their digital assets can go mainstream.
