Crime Fighters: Uneasy Choices

The city of Magarya and the surrounding region often struggle with an increase in cholera cases during the rainy season. This year there are fears of a real epidemic. Fortunately, funds have been allocated to assist in prevention and improve infrastructure before the heavy rains arrive. Friends Hajara, Karima and Sabitu, who volunteer together at the Community Health Centre, are very enthusiastic about the idea... until Hajara begins to grow suspicious of the mayor of Magarya's motives. Does he really want to invest the funds for the benefit of the community? Or is there something else going on? Why is Boubacar, the head of the Community Health Centre, behaving so strangely? But Hajara's sleuthing could get her into trouble. And their year of volunteering quickly turns into a nightmare for the three friends.
