Congress of Vienna anniversary

200 years ago Europe’s mostly male rulers put on their wigs and jewels, climbed into carriages and headed for Vienna. They planned to make peace and redraw the map of Europe after the Napoleonic wars. It was known as the Congress of Vienna and as Kerry Skyring reports from Vienna – there was quite a lot of congress.
