What is Felix Magath's secret? He has already coached half the teams in the Bundesliga: Hamburg, Nuremberg, Bremen, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Schalke and Wolfsburg (twice).

In the last six years he twice won the double with Bayern, he made Bundesliga champions out of Wolfsburg, and he took a run-down Schalke to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. The same Schalke fired Magath last month for what they called "social incompetence". What makes him so controversial? Has his one-man coaching style run its course? We went to see Felix Magath in Wolfsburg to try and find out what makes him tick.
