Dieter Hoeness has a reputation for toughness: many remember his bandaged head when, as a player, he helped Bayern Munich to secure the German Cup in 1982. He has also posted success as a coach, catapulting Stuttart to the Bundesliga title, and now with Wolfsburg he is again setting his sights high.
