CDU's Merz demands immediate vote of confidence in Bundestag

CDU leader Friedrich Merz said, "There is absolutely no reason to wait until January of next year to hold a vote of confidence. The CDU-CSU parliamentary group unanimously demands that the Chancellor call a vote of confidence immediately."
