Carnival Speechmaker

Speeches are an important part of Carnival tradition, and in every celebrating locality there's a speechmaker, or Büttenredner, who holds forth, usually in local dialect and rhyme. We catch up with Andreas Schmitt, a computer expert who fulfills that function in the Western German city of Mainz.
