Butchers forced to do their best in the "wurst" of times

For centuries the humble “wurst” has been a been a staple in German cuisine. But in many German small towns, as eating habits, butcher shops are having a hard time keeping their doors open. At least in one small German town, the local butcher is getting creative to survive.
