British singer/songwriter BIRDY - whose real name is Jasmine van den Bogaerde - was just 12 when she won a TV Talent contest. She has been playing the piano since a very young age and has now skyrocketed to fame. The 17-year-old is touring Europe to promote her second studio album "Fire Within". We visited her where we also got a bit of an unplugged concert.
