Belgian waffles get a gourmet makeover

In the Belgian capital Brussels, traditionally sweet waffles are getting a gourmet makeover. Michelin-starred chef Yves Mattagne concocts far-out waffle creations – with truffle cream, duck meat, or yuzu sorbet.
