After the Arab Spring: Will Young People be able to Change the Education System?

Monday, 25 June, 2:00 p.m., Gremiensaal, DW headquarters

“ShababTalk” is a unique talkshow format in international, arab-speaking television. It is a co-production between DW ARABIA and Al Hayat TV from Egypt. Every week, young people from Germany and Egypt discuss current developments in Egypt and also in the Middle East and North Africa. The show offers a fresh and sometimes unusual view on what happens in the Arab world as it offers young people a platform to air their opinions. Many of the guests took part in the revolutions in 2011.

At the Global Media Forum, Deutsche Welle now offers its guests to watch the production of an episode titled “After the Arab Spring: Will Young People be able to Change the Education System?” This shooting was especially prepared for the Global Media Forum. The shooting of the show with presenter Jaafar Abdul-Karim will start at 2:00 p.m. on June, 25th. You are welcome to see the show at the “Gremiensaal” at DW's headquarters.
