Germany has been marking Adolf Hitler's rise to power 80 years ago, with events underscoring what Chancellor Angela Merkel has called the country's "everlasting responsibility" for crimes committed by the Nazis. One new exhibit traces Hitler's first months in power. It's housed at a symbolic site: the "Topography of Terror" is located at the former headquarters of the Gestapo.
