À La Carte: Suckling Lamb

Lamb is a traditionally eaten in springtime and today we are looking at a delicious recipe from northern Spain. Lechado Asado is a famous specialty from the region around Valladolid and is known throughout the country for its unmistakable flavour. This is due to the lamb being raised solely on ewe's milk.
