§ Mitarbeit und Abstimmung bei der Berichterstattung an die Entscheidungsgremien der VGC, VWAG und Vorbereitung von Aufsichtssitzungen der Beteiligungsgesellschaften.
§ Durchführung von Plan-/Ist-Vergleichen, Erstellung und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen-Plänen sowie die Erstellung von entsprechenden Berichten. Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Einhaltung von Zielvorgaben.
§ Mitwirkung an finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Planungen und Untersuchungen VGC und der VW AG in fachbezogener und fachbereichsübergreifender Funktion.
§ Mitwirkung, Beratung und Abstimmung bei der Einführung neuer Methoden und Systeme der Produktentscheidungsrechnung und des Controlling.
§ Mitwirkung und bei der Vorbereitung und Durchfuehrung von Produktklausuren.
