美国参众两院就预算争议达成共识

当地时间周三(10月17日),在债务上限即将到期、华盛顿政府面临失去支付能力的最后一刻,美国国会参议院和众议院均以绝对多数通过财政预算妥协方案。奥巴马总统在众议院通过法案之后两个小时立即将之签署生效。根据两党达成的协议,债务上限将延长到2014年2月7日,以便至少保证美国政府在此之前的支付能力。另外一笔过渡性财政预算将保证已经瘫痪两个多星期的公共机构开始重新运营。
