“月饼危机给中秋节蒙上阴影”

作为反腐斗争的一部分,中国政府今年严令,不得在中秋月饼上搞不正之风。德语媒体指出,歪门邪道或许短期内可以刹住,但关键是政治层面的改革,否则便是治标不治本,难收长期效应。

(德国之声中文网)中秋佳节本来只跟人间至情有关,月饼亦为应景之物,象征团圆、甜美。不过,多年来,在中国大陆,这一“甜点”竟蜕变成一种特殊物体,成了一种特种货币,—用以行贿的货币。《南德意志报》9月19日在“全景”栏目上的一篇文章这样写道:

“作为礼品,它们(指月饼)相当实用,颇为成功。经精心包装,月饼敬奉给上司、机关领导、部里官员。打开金色的礼札或精美的小漆盒后,呈现在他们眼前的将不只是真金碎块做馅儿的月饼,而且,里面还可能端藏着一块瑞士名表,或一札纸币。在腐败的循环圈内,月饼成了一种货币。所以,现在要向它开刀了。

“奢华月饼市场今年崩盘了,一如此前的鱼翅、海参或昂贵的茅台。乐于享受的中国官员们都愿意让可能的生意伙伴用这些东西宴请自己。

“生意人无法脱手这些从60欧元起价的礼盒,惊呼遭遇‘月饼危机(《环球日报》之语)’。对此应负责任的是党首习近平及其‘节俭’运动。共党官员的奢靡之风长期来已让人民反感,中秋节即将到来之前中共反腐干部重提打击党内‘四大腐败’,首当其冲的就是‘享乐主义和穷奢淫欲’。各机构和各部委今年都被明令禁止不得慷国家之慨相互馈赠内藏玄机的月饼礼盒。

“目前,这一吓阻运动看上去有所效果,但是,批评者指出,没有政治改革的配合,收效只是暂时的。在各个地方,节俭似乎尚未蔚然成风。就在月饼制作商大表不满之时,中国农行等银行发行月饼图案的银制或金制特种纪念币。中新社报道称,全套纪念币销售之热,‘简直疯了’”。

房价又涨

中国国家统计局周三公布的数字显示,中国新建住房价格上升速度加快,上个月,同比增速创下2年半以来的最高纪录,同新届政府降低通货膨胀的努力成“南辕北辙”之势。《法兰克福汇报》‘金融市场’栏目上的一篇署名文章就此写道:

“北京中央政府很久以来做出努力,试图使住房市场的火爆现象降温。一方面,它担心,房市火爆的背后是投机泡沫,原因是,自实施低息政策以来,大量资金流入不动产领域,而在中国,缺乏收益性较高的其它投资形式;另一方面,价格攀升使很多家庭难以拥有自己的住房,从而引发社会紧张关系。为打击投机,政府提高了贷款利率,限制出售第二套住房,并提高了银行最低限度自有资金率的规定。在某些城市,引入了地税,比以前更严格实施对转卖盈利的征税。……

“在一段时间里,这一政策获得了所期待的成功,可现在,价格重又攀升了。”
