Norway's opposition leaders (L-R) Siv Jensen of the Fremskrittspartiet (Progress party), Erna Solberg of the Hoyre (Conservative party), Trine Skei Grande of the Venstre (Liberal party) and Knut Arild Hareide of the Kristelig Folkeparti (Christian Democratic party) gather inside the Parliament building in Oslo, after the general elections, September 9, 2013. Norway's opposition Conservatives, promising tax cuts and better healthcare, won elections in a landslide on Monday but faced tough coalition talks with a populist party that wants to spend more of the accumulated oil riches and curb immigration.
