德国的波普艺术
上世纪60、70年代是波普艺术(Pop Art)风起云涌的时代,在德国也不例外。针对“德国波普”,法兰克福的舍恩(Schirn)艺术馆举办了一个展览。
里希特的“摩托艇1”
德国波普艺术起源于杜塞尔多夫。德国画家里希特(Gerhard Richter)与艺术家珀尔克(Sigmar Polke), 卢埃格(Konrad Lueg)、库特纳(Manfred Kuttner)在1963年5月11日举办了第一场“资本主义现实主义”的展览,波普艺术展露头角。
卢埃格的“S先生和太太”
从创作内容上,这些新一代艺术家对战后的小市民艺术投以嘲讽的目光。 卢埃格的作品“S先生和太太”鲜明地体现了这一点:他花了一幅没有面孔的夫妇,站在最普通的壁纸前。这幅画没有使用油彩,而是使用中世纪时期宗教画常用的丹配拉画法。
克拉普海克的“两伙伴”
除了战后小市民艺术外,这些年轻的德国艺术家们对于战后早期的抽象派绘画同样持批判态度。克拉普海克(Konrad Klapheck)特立独行地开始重新以日常生活中的物品作为创作对象,例如打字机、靴子——他用不寻常的比例把这些寻常物件呈现在画上。
库特纳的“打字机”
波普艺术有意识地与战后的抽象艺术相对立,画家越来越将常临摹、以日常物品作为创作对象。库特纳在1963年用荧光丹配拉创作了这副“打字机”。2年后,库特纳离开艺术圈,开始在漆厂工作。
“黄油奶酪”
在杜塞尔多夫的老城,“黄油奶酪”艺术工坊开业。它的名气超越了城市边界,成为一个重要的艺术家集会地点。不过,“黄油奶酪”在1976年整顿关门。
从杜塞尔多夫到柏林
60年代中期,波普艺术风潮从杜塞尔多夫吹到了柏林。柏林的创作画廊“Großgörschen 35”只营业了4年,却带出了一批艺术家:伯格斯(Werner Berges)是德国波普艺术的国宝级人物,他绘画的一个常见主题是浓烈色彩下的女性身体。
艾伯特的“女人7号”
在“Großgörschen 35”画廊里,艺术家可以不顾忌市场、自由地展现自己的作品。画家艾伯特(Hermann Albert)1967年在这里展出了他亮色女人图系列的“女人7号”。
“青蛙静物画”
经过战后经济奇迹,德国经济在50年代空前繁荣。消费增长,玩具业也随之发展。德国为数不多的女性波普艺术家之一的迪希甘斯(Christa Dichgans)1966年曾在纽约生活一年。3年后,她以玩具为创作对象的“青蛙静物画”面世。
法兰克福的波普
由于法兰克福曾是美占区,这个城市受美国影响很深,这同样体现在文化领域。很多艺术家都从美国波普艺术中汲取灵感,例如罗尔(Peter Roehr)。他的作品对广告持批判态度——广告被缩小、编号。这也是法兰克福波普与德国其他地方波普艺术的不同。
波普与政治
福斯特尔(Wolf Vostell)也将政治事件作为创作对象。1968年,他完成了画作"Dutschke",这是他对柏林学运领袖Rudi Dutschke的一张照片进行特别加工后完成的作品。此外,越战、柏林墙倒塌都曾成为他的创作主题。
流行文化与针砭时弊
德国60年代第四个波普艺术中心是慕尼黑。慕尼黑的艺术家们在政治领域非常活跃,例如艺术家柯勒(Florian Köhler)。他通过可口可乐和“结束战争”("End the war")的标语,在流行文化中表达自己对越战的抗议。
黑勒的“汽车”
黑勒(Reinhold Heller)也是慕尼黑艺术圈的一员。他1968年的画作“汽车”无论是从着色上,还是从形式、主题上都带有典型的波普艺术特色。截至2015年2月8日,人们可以在法兰克福舍恩艺术馆欣赏到这些波普艺术作品。
