吾尔开希香港投案失败

“八九民运”前学生领袖吾尔开希从台湾抵达香港投案，要求香港特区政府协助或以逮捕方式，以使其回到内地与父母团聚，结束流亡生涯。香港当局目前作出决定，将吾尔开希遣返回台。

（德国之声中文网）11月25日下午1时50分，香港支联会发布紧急消息，"八九民运"前学生领袖吾尔开希，在香港律师、立法会议员何俊仁的陪同下，从台湾到达香港机场投案，要求香港特区政府协助、或以逮捕的方式以使其回到内地，与24年未见的父母团聚并结束流亡生涯。

"六四事件"发生后，吾尔开希是中国当局通缉名单上的第二号学生领袖，从1989年流亡海外，一直未能回国或与家人在海外相聚。从2009年起，吾尔开希先后在澳门、日本东京和美国的华盛顿等地，向中国大使馆投案，均遭到拒绝。至德国之声发稿时收到最新消息,香港当局已经告知吾尔开希，他将被遣返回台，吾尔开希第四次以"投案"自首方式回国失败。

"希望得到香港政府的协助、甚至逮捕以使我投案"

吾尔开希向德国之声证实，他目前被留置在香港国际机场："我今天早上搭乘CX469，在香港立法会议员何俊仁律师的陪同下，从台北搭机到达香港，我的目的是到达机场后，向香港政府表明我个人是中国公民，是中国政府的通缉犯，并且表达我自己要投案的意愿，希望得到香港政府的协助、甚至逮捕，到目前为止是被留置在入境处的办公室。"

吾尔开希也表示极力要求香港特区政府尽快将他交给中联办："我当然希望他们能够答应我的要求，我并不是要找香港政府的麻烦，我希望他们把我的意愿转达给中国政府，我希望能够很快见到中联办的人员，能不能达成这样的目的，我不抱任何期望但尽最大的努力。"

"这是多年来离家门最近的距离"

吾尔开希回顾在近四分之一世纪的时间里，很多流亡海外的"八九民运"人士被禁止入境，国门的这边，是白头苍苍甚至抱憾离世的父母、亲人；国门的那端，是为青春的理想付出远离故乡代价的异议人士。亲情被一道专制的"墙 "阻隔："20多年的岁月，可以让人的情绪、情感变化很大，我不再是当时的血气方刚、也不再是情绪激动的年轻人，但我内心深处，被世界上最强大的这样一个专制国家，排除在家门之外20多年的这样一种愤怒从来没有消失过，站在香港这个中华人民共和国特别行政区的土地上的时候，虽然连入境都不得，还是站在国门外，这样的距离还是让我有感情上的震撼，总觉得离家门很近了，然而却进不去，这使我更加的愤怒，阻隔家人见面的任何藩篱都是不应该存在的，如果存在那一定是邪恶的。"

去年11月28日，"八九民运"参与者和见证者吴仁华，使用美国护照上的英文名字，避开中国入境"黑名单"，成功"闯关"回国探亲，并于今年1月10日顺利返回美国。但他在接受媒体采访时表示，他的个案并不代表中国当局对"八九民运"的流亡人士的态度有所松动。他也认为探望亲人是一种基本的人权，中国政府禁止异议人士入境是不人道的犯罪行为。吴仁华在获知吾尔开希被遣返后，遗憾的表示："中共当局如果明智的话，可以'押送'吾尔开希的父母到香港与儿子见面，如今逼得吾尔开希别无选择，只有偷渡一途，吾尔开希如果真的偷渡登陆，不仅是国际大新闻，也是难以处理的烫手山芋。"
