BERLIN, GERMANY - MARCH 06: German Minister of Work and Social Issues Ursula von der Leyen presents the '4th Poverty And Wealth Report of the Federal Government' to the media on March 6, 2013 in Berlin, Germany. The report became controversial weeks ago when it was revealed that Economy Minister Philipp Roesler had demanded certain passages be removed or rephrased, including one that refered to the growing inequality of the distribution of wealth in Germany.
