According to a local report, five suspects, Kenyatta, former higher education minister William Ruto, suspended Industrialisation Minister Henry Kosgey, former police commissioner Maj-Gen Hussein Ali, and Head of Operation at KASS FM radio Joshua Arap Sang said on 09 March 2011 that they will honor summonses issued for the charges of crimes against humanity by the pre-trial chamber of the ICC. Naibu Waziri Mkuu Uhuru Kenyatta
