Iran na mataifa sita yenye nguvu duniani zimefikia makubaliano mapema leo Jumapili(24.11.2013) katika kudhibiti mpango wake wa kinuklia na kupata unafuu wa vikwazo.

Hii ni hatua ya kwanza katika kutatua mzozo huo uliodumu muongo mmoja.

Makubaliano hayo kati ya taifa hilo la Kiislamu na Marekani, Ufaransa, Ujerumani, Uingereza, Uchina na Urusi yalifikiwa baada ya zaidi ya siku nne za majadiliano.

"Tumefikia makubaliano," waziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Iran Mohammed Javad Zarif ametangaza katika ukurasa wake wa Twitter. Waziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Ufaransa Laurent Fabius pia amethibitisha kupatikana makubaliano hayo.

Iran itaweza kupata fursa ya kutumia dola bilioni 4.2 katika mabadilishano ya fedha za kigeni, kama sehemu ya makubaliano hayo, amesema mwanadiplomasia kutoka mataifa ya magharibi. Hakuna maelezo zaidi ya makubaliano hayo yaliyopatikana mara moja.

Obama amesema hayo jana Jumamosi usiku muda mfupi baada ya Marekani pamoja na washirika wengine watano kufikia makubaliano ya mpito ya kinuklia na Iran.

Mazungumzo hayo yalilenga katika kutafuta hatua jumla za ujenzi wa hali ya kuaminiana ili kupunguza miongo kadha ya hali ya wasi wasi na kuondoa uwezekano wa vita katika mashariki ya kati kutokana na nia ya Iran ya kujipatia silaha za kinuklia.

Lengo la mataifa ya magharibi lilikuwa kuudhibiti mpango wa nishati ya kinuklia wa Iran , ambao unahistoria ya kukwepa wakaguzi wa Umoja wa Mataifa na wachunguzi, ili kuondoa hatari yoyote ya Tehran kurutubisha kwa njia ya siri madini ya urani katika kiwango ambacho kinaweza kutengenezwa bomu la atomic.

Tehran inakana kuwa inataka kurutubisha madini hayo katika kiwango cha kutengeneza silaha. Mswada wa makubaliano hayo ambao umekuwa ukijadiliwa mjini Geneva utashuhudia Iran ikisitisha urutubishaji wake wa kiwango cha juu cha madini ya urani ili kuweza kuachiliwa kwa mabilioni ya dola katika fedha za Iran zilizozuiliwa katika mabenki ya kigeni, na kuanza tena biashara ya madini ya thamani, bidhaa zitokanazo na mafuta pamoja na vipuri vya ndege.

Madini ya urani yaliyorutubishwa yanaweza kutumiwa kuendesha vinu vya nishati ya kinuklia ambalo ndio lengo la Iran, lakini pia yanaweza kutumiwa kutengeneza bomu la atomic iwapo yatarutubishwa zaidi.
