Yanzu dai abin da yafi ciwa Jamusawa musamman masu neman aiki, tuwo a ƙwarya shi ne irin kamfanonin na masu ba da hayar ma´aikata, waɗanda ke ci da gumin marasa aikin yi da ke neman aiki ruwa a jallo. Yanzu dai a nan Jamus alƙalumma sun yi nuni da cewa mutane kimanin dubu 600 ne ke aiki ƙarƙashin kwantaragi na kamfanoni masu ba da hayar ma´aikata. Ana ɗaukar hayar ma´aikata ne don cike giɓin ƙarancin ma´aikata a kamfanoni ko kuma lokacin da ayyuka suka yiwa kamfani yawa ta yadda a dole sai ya ɗauki ƙarin ma´aikata musamman na wucin gadi. Wannan dai shi ne maƙasudin ƙirƙiro kamfanonin ba da hayar leburori. To sai dai a yanzu ana yawaitar sauƙaƙa dokokin ƙirƙiro da kamfanonin. Tun kimanin shekaru biyu da suka gabata wannan leburan haya ɗan shekaru 31 da haihuwa ya ke wannan aiki. A wancan lokaci dai ya kasance mai neman aiki ruwa a jallo, amma sai ya ga cewa ba zai samu aiki kai tsaye ko da na wucin gadi ne a wani kamfani ba. Saboda haka ya nemi taimakon kamfanin ba da hayar ma´aikata, wanda a cikin ƙanƙanin lokaci ya samu masa aiki a wannan masana´anta ta dafa giya, inda yanzu haka ya shafe shekaru biyu yana aiki. Ya yi nuni da cewa kimanin kashi 60 cikin 100 na ma´aikata a wannan masana´anta, ´yan haya ne.

Brettschneider:

“Abin da ke ci min tuwo a ƙwarya shi ne ana yi mana kallon ma´aikata masu daraja ta biyu. A gaskiya bai kamata a ce an samu wani bambamci ko nuna fifiko a tsakanin ma´aikata irin mu waɗanda aikin su bai wuce irin na lebura ba. To amma abin baƙin ciki yanayin da muke ciki ke nan saboda kasancewarmu ma´aikatan haya.”

Albashin Brettschneider kamar na sauran leburorin haya, bai taka kara ya karya ba. Kamfanin hayar ma´aikatan ne ke biyan shi albashin wanda bai wuce Euro 6 da Cent 50 a awa ɗaya ba. Brettschneider:

“A ƙarshe wannan wani albashi ne kawai na jefa ma´aikaci cikin yunwa. Ba yadda zaka iya ciyar da iyalinka da wannan albashi na ƙasƙanci da ci da gumin marasa galihu.”

A halin nan da ake ciki ana yawaita bukatar ma´aikatan haya. Ba don kome ba sai saboda kamfanoni na son ma´aikacin da zasu iya sarrafa shi yadda suke so. Yanzu haka kashi ɗaya bisa shida na ma´aikata a Jamus na samun aiki ne ta kamfanonin ba da hayar ma´aikata. Hans-Ulrich Brautsch na cibiyar nazarin tattalin arziki dake birni Halle ya yi bayani yana mai cewa.

Brautsch:

“Kamfanoni na amfani da ma´aikatan haya don cike giɓin da ake samu a lokacin da aiki yayi yawa ko suke fama da ƙarancin ma´aikata. Wato su na bukatar ƙarin ma´aikata na wucin gadi.”

Hatta a reshen kamfanin ƙera motoci na BMW dake birnin Leipzig, ma´aikatan haya na taka muhimmiyar rawa a ayyukan kamfanin. Yanzu haka dai kamfanin ya ɗauki ma´aikata dubu ɗaya a matsayin na wucin gadi. Kakakin BMW a Leipzig Michael Janssen ya ce ma´aikatan haya sun kai kashi ɗaya bisa uku na ilahirin ma´aikatansa.

Janssen:

“A matsayinmu na kamfani muna cikin wata gogayya. Babban burinmu shi ne kamfaninmu ya ci-gaba a matsayin mai zaman kansa. Wato kenan dole mu ci-gaba da samar da kayayyaki masu inganci a cikin wannan gogayya. Muna cikin wani hali na tsaka mai wuya a dangane da kuɗin da muke kashewa na samar da kayaki. Shi yasa dole mu ɗauki matakan tsimi domin mu ci-gaba da zama cikin wannan gogayya.”

Nan gaba kamfanin BMW dai na son ya ƙera yawan motoci da yake yi a yanzu amma da ma´aikata kaɗan. Dole kuwa sai tare da ma´aikatan haya sannan kamfanin zai cimma wannan buri na sa. Idan ba haka ba to dole kamfanin ya nemi sabon wuri wataƙila a ƙasar waje inji Janssen.

Janssen:

“Kamfanin BMW yana da ma´aikata kimanin dubu 76 a nan Jamus. Yana da manyan rassan huɗu na ƙera motoci da babura. Kana yana da wata cibiyar bincike da dubban ma´aikata. Ba zamu iya tafiyar da aikinmu a Jamus ba sai tare da wannan tsari na ma´aikatan haya ba.”

A dangane da haka tsarin ma´aikatan haya ke ƙaruwa a Jamus wanda hakan ke haddasa ƙaruwar leburorin haya a cikin ƙasar. Duk wanda Allah Ya ɗigawa garinsa madara, yana samun aikin dindindin kai tsaye a kamfanin da yake yiwa aiki. To amma Patrick Brettschneider ba zai samu wannan sa´a ba. Hasali ma yanzu ya yanke ƙaunar samun wani aiki na cikakken kwantaragi.

Brettschneider:

“A wannan yankin da muke ciki ba wani kamfani da zai ɗauki wani lebura aiki kai tsaye. Komai na tafiya ne ta hannu kamfanonin hayar ma´aikata.”

A saboda haka Patrick Brettschneider ya ce zai bar wannan yankin. Ya ce da zarar ya samu wani aiki na dindindin, bai ga abin da zai riƙe shi a Leipzig ba.
