Gargadi game da tabarbarewar ilimi a duniya

Rahoton wannan shekara na UNESCO ya ce da wuya a cimma burin ba wa kowa ilimi kyauta kafin shekara ta 2015 kamar yadda aka amince a shekarar 2000.

A shekara ta 2000 shugabannin kasashen duniya sun amince da wasu maradu guda shida da nufin ba wa kowane yaro ilimin firamare kafin shekara ta 2015. To sai dai yayin da shekarar ta 2015 ke kara karatowa, abu daya dake fitowa fili shi ne ba za a iya cimma wannan buri da gamaiyar kasa da kasa ta saka a gaba ba. A cikin rahotonta mai taken "ilimi ga kowa" wanda hukumar ilimi, kimiyya da al'adu ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta gabatar a Addis Ababa babban birnin kasar Ethiopia a wannan Laraba, ta ce da sauran jan aiki gaba.

Dole ne dukkan yara a fadin duniya su samu ilimi kyauta. Wannan daya ne daga cikin muhimman muradu da shirin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya mai taken: "Ilimi ga Kowa" kafin shekara ta 2015 ya sa a gaba. To sai dai a rahotonta na wannan shekara da ke duba halin da ake ciki a fannin ba da ilimi ga kowa da kowa a duniya, hukumar ilimi, kimiyya da al'adu ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya wato UNESCO, ta ce yara kimanin miliyan 57 ne a duniya baki daya ba sa zuwa makaranta sannan manyan kusan miliyan 774 ba su iya rubutu da karatu ba. Mata ne dai musamman a yankunan karkara na kasashe masu tasowa suka fi fama da matsalar rashin ilimin.

A hira da DW, Pauline Rose wadda ta jagoranci wallafa rahoton na UNESCO, ta ce ana bukatar aiki tukuru.

"Ba za mu iya cimma ko da daya na muradu shida a kan Ilimi ga Kowa da muke sa ran cimma kafin shekarar 2015 ba. Saboda haka akwai bukatar mu ci-gaba da aiki a kan abubuwan da ba mu karasa ba bayan shekarar 2015, tare da sanya sabuwar alkibla. Wannan kuwa ya kamata ya mayar da hankali kan wadanda suka fi fama da matsalar rashin ilimi wadanda kuma aka bari a baya."

Rahoton na UNESCO ya ce a wani bangare an samu ci gaba yayin da a wani bangaren kuma aka samu koma baya a cikin tafiyar da ake kawo yanzu. Sai dai Paulin Rose da ta jagoranci buga rahoton ta ce in da ba a sanya wannan buri ba da ba a samu kulawar da ake bukata daga kasashen duniya game da muhimmancin inganta ilimi ga yara ba.

"Hakan na nufin a samu ingantuwar al'amura a yawan 'yara mata da maza a makarantu. Duk da cewa har yanzu akwai yara miliyan 57 da ba sa zuwa makaranta, amma wannan adadin shi ne rabin yawan wadanda ba sa makaranta a shekara ta 2000."

Kara horas da malamai

Wani muhimmin abu a rahoton na bana shi ne koyo da koyarwa. Ganin cewa kasashe da dama na nesa da cimma burin aiwatar da manufarsu ta inganta ilimi kafin shekara ta 2015, rahoton UNESCO na bana ya kuma duba ainihin kwarewar malaman makaranta da kuma ingancin darussan kansu. Barbara Malina ita ce ke kula da sashen ilimi na reshen UNESCO a Jamus ta ce ana fama da matsaloli a fannin koyarwa.

"A kasashe masu tasowa da dama akwai matsalar karancin yawan malamai. Wani abin da ke janyo rashin samun ilimi mai inganci shi ne rashin isasshen ilimi ga su kansu masu koyarwa da rashin littattafai da kuma rashin ingantattun abubuwan more rayuwa. Hatta a kasashe masu arzikin masana'antu ma akwa matsalar ilimin musamman ga tsiraru."

Saboda haka rahoton na UNESCO ya ce dole a ba wa malamai horo mai kyau da zai dace da darasin da suke ba wa rukunin mutanen da suka fi fama da karancin ilimi.

A shekarun baya bayan nan an samu tafiyar hawainiya a fannin ilimi kuma yanzu ana cikin wani hali wanda idan ba a dauki wani matakin gaggawa ba, yara da yawa ba za su samu damar da ta cancanta gare su ta samun ilimi ba.
