To mark the launch of the new portal, an internet chat will take place on Tuesday with Commissioners for Education, Youth and Culture Viviane Reding and Dalia Grybauskaite.
To reach more people, the chat will take place in all 20 EU languages. The chat "will focus on the opportunities that exist for young people to be mobile and have a voice in an ever changing Europe," according to the youth portal. The website is going to offer information about travelling in Europe as well as working and studying in EU countries. (EUobserver.com)
