Even before the start of the latest civil war, Yemen was one of the poorest countries in the world. Now, hunger is crippling a whole generation.
Saudi Arabia is not dependent on Germany for its arms and will find other suppliers, Foreign Minister Adel al Jubair said. It comes after Germany blocked further arms exports to countries involved in the war in Yemen.
