The city of Ottawa in Canada is about to get its first supervised injection site. Ray Harrison is one of those who fought for it. After 30 years of addiction, he’s been clean for nearly two years. He’d like to see other drug users follow his path to health - but first he says they need to live and be helped past the stigma of drug addiction to seek help.
