Tackling Chile's 'poverty tax'

Affordable food is hard to come by in the outskirts of Santiago, Chile. There are just few big supermarkets and the produce available at small stores in smaller packets can often work out to be up to 40 percent more expensive than in larger outlets. Social entrepreneur Jose Manuel Moller refers to this as a "poverty tax" which he decided he wanted to tackle.
