World in Progress: Prisons overcrowded in the Philippines

In the Philippines, police say more than 5,000 people have been killed since President Rodrigo Duterte’s War on Drugs began this summer. The president has vowed to push on with the crackdown, But the country’s infrastructure is having trouble coping - prisons and rehab clinics are just too full.
