A torture survivor speaks out

Sri Lanka's nearly 26-year-long civil war stopped over six years ago, but torture and rape of minority Tamils by security forces haven't, according to human rights organizations like Freedom from Torture. Rights groups say the Sri Lankan government is stalling over promises made to ensure alleged abuses are fully investigated. A torture survivor tells his story.
