Germany's political leader is a woman. But she would be hard pressed to find a female counterpart in the business world here. Consider this: There are 192 executives in total running the 30 blue chip companies listed on the Dax Index. Only one is a woman. Why is that so? And how can it be changed? Why should it be changed?
