Felix Wolff joined CARE in 2003 after years of academic and work experience in the Middle East and South East Europe. Since then he has been directly involved in the development and implementation of women’s empowerment and human rights programs in several countries, including Yemen, Egypt, Bosnia, Serbia and Kosovo. As a program director, Wolff coordinates CARE Germany-Luxemburg’s global development cooperation work, which has a focus on enhancing the rights and lives of women and girls and is embedded in the network of CARE International, covering 71 developing countries.
