Vietnam: Madame Thuy's dumplings

Madame Hoang Thi Thuy has a restaurant in Vietnam's Quang Binh Province. On the menu: Banh Loc, or stuffed dumplings. They're very popular. The filling is made of shrimp, pork, forest mushrooms and bamboo sprouts.
