Using food to fight depression

Scientists hypothesize that what we eat plays a big role when it comes to mental disorders like depression. So Elisabeth Kohls, a Leipzig-based researcher, is conducting a study with 1000 test people to find out. They're taking nutritional supplements that include Omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin B and D, and selenium.
