A nurse in the US state of Utah was forcefully arrested for refusing to draw blood from an unconscious patient.
The nurse has already been sentenced for killing six patients by injecting them with drugs and then trying to revive them. If convicted, Niels Högel will be one of the most prolific serial killers in German history.
The violent incident has shocked the nation after video emerged online of a nurse being arrested by force. The nurse had said she was merely following normal hospital protocol, and the officer was put on leave.
A nurse already convicted of two murders is now suspected of more than 100 additional killings. Niels H. once testified that he acted "out of boredom" and hoped to bring patients back from a drug-induced brink.
At least eight people have died at a Florida nursing home after power outages during Hurricane Irma caused the air conditioning to fail. Millions of Floridians have been left without power in hot, steamy weather.
